NEW YEAR & NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS!

Just thought I'd share my New Year's resolutions with you...
• I will respond to all e-mail (except chain letters) in a timely manner.
• I will learn to cook something both low-fat AND delicious.
• I will cease and desist any and all bad habits for an entire year.
(or at least until January 2nd)
• I will do laundry on a regular basis before it becomes a possible fire hazard.
• I will pick one place to put my keys and the remote so that I don't spend half my life running around like an idiot, looking for them.
• I will seek true enlightenment and the meaning of life. (while occasionally remembering to floss.)

And my #1 resolution is to always appreciate great people like you.

Thanks, Thanks and Thanks Again!

December 10th - Christmas Party for the kids at Hella Temple hosted by Exchange and Rotary. Decorating began at 10:30 a.m. The event was a wonderful success again this year. Of course, the main event was Santa and the presents. The children’s faces made everything very worthwhile. The kids always get so excited but I think the Exchange members enjoy this event more. What a great time to see the true “Miracle of Christmas.” If you were not able to attend, you missed a great event. Thanks again to all the members who attended and enjoyed the spirit of Christmas.

Thank you to the following for making this event so wonderful:
Hella Temple for the use of their facility, Mr. Bowling and the North Mesquite Unity Group for the entertainment, Walmart for the $1,000 grant, Blue Bell Ice Cream for refreshments, Gary Engleman for Santa and Mrs. Engleman for his elf, Chase Bank for hosting the wrapping party, Beverly McNamara for decorating for this special event.
Thanks also goes to all the members of the Exchange club who helped make this party for the kids a success.

Special thanks goes to the Exchange Club’s own Santa, Don Tinius, for all of his tireless effort and hours of attention to make such a great event run smoothly. And it showed!

Happy Birthday to You!
