Noon Exchange Club of Garland / “Just For The Fun Of It !!”
September 7th, 2002/ Renaissance Hotel in Richardson

In order to make this event the success it should be, we strongly encourage all of our members to support the club by either purchasing or selling 4 tickets or 1 table to this event. It is imperative to have all of our members step up and participate in this fund raiser. Remember, our funds support many local charities such as EXCAP dba Child Abuse Prevention Center, New Beginning Center, Family Outreach, Child Protective Services Adopt-a-Caseworker, Baby Think-It-Over Program, Shaken Baby Syndrome Awareness, YMCA and YWCA to name a few.
Kaye Schaum is looking for volunteers for this “fun” evening to work at the registration table. Please contact Kaye if you feel you can help her through the registration time.
Dress for this event will be “cocktail attire suggested but not required.”
– There is a great need for sponsorship and auction items for the Gala. Please step up and help make this year’s Gala the most fun ever!

”Get Well Soon”

Please keep in your thoughts our fellow “Exchangites” that are not feeling 100%:
Tommy Townsend is having heart problems. He had two stints inserted in his heart a few weeks ago and needs a third. His doctors have him attending cardiac rehab everyday and have told him unless he does exactly what they tell him, he'll end up having surgery before the end of the year. He is supposed to stay home for the next 30 days and his secretary says that he is having a very difficult time not calling or coming into the office.
Kali Wood has been ordered by her doctors to have complete bed rest until the baby comes. Knowing Kali, this is a difficult order for her as well. Please keep both Kali and Tommy in your thoughts. We miss you both!
